Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Although our orders are packaged and handled with care, I cannot guarantee handling is as careful once it leaves our hands for shipping.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of both the packaging and its contents
  • Please remember fragile items will be insured up to$200 (additional if you order multiple), so damaged items should be resolved through shipping carrier. We can help you with this process.

If the tracking number indicated the package was delivered, but for some reason you did not receive it, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing the item(s). Please put in a report to your local Post Office or check with your neighbors, they may have accidentally received the package.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customer mistakes (wrong address, size, etc.)
  • Minor variations in handmade items
  • Damaged due to misuse or improper installation
