Different products have different timelines. Pre-orders can take weeks to a few months to make so please be patient. You'll receive an email notification once your order is ready for shipment. Tracking is provided, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update. Any fragile items will be insured up to $200 (additional charge for multiple items).
Shipping and delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Packages marked as "delivered"
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for any and all:

- Import taxes
- Duties
- VAT
- Handling charges
These are set by your country and not included in your purchase price.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs
- Tracking limitations after a package leaves the U.S.
- Packages marked "delivered" by the destination carrier
